I got a ticket for "fail to surrender permit of motor vehicle" from a cop who stop me on the road. I showed - surrendering ontario driving licence

him my license and insurance, but I forgot the permission of my landlord. Then he gave me $ 110. I'm in North York, Ontario. I have to pay or I can go to court for non-mistake?

Instructions, which are printed on the back of your selections. Options such as payment of the fine and send the order to it. You can use a court date and contest the ticket, etc.

If you are in the U.S. state of New York, you're at the bottom of a trench. He'll get some money from you, just because he wrote a ticket or not guilty.
