Decent FHA approved properties in my price range do not seem to be present. I am willing to make minor repairs. FHA approved Properites my agent is for me I do not care whether intentionally or specifications of the house or the neighborhood. However, the broker for the nature or classical properties are found to be an offer to buy, fix and flip "and I hold in my price range. A lack of a better term, I feel like I slipped. A broker is different from a real estate agent because they have a different license. They often have additional training, but can serve equally well to. Both are suitable for you to do the same, but there can be an agent working people, for example, estate agents and loan officers have.

What is your FHA loans to get a smaller selection, because the federal government a say more of what you have to do. They guarantee your loan. If you do not like the selection of the FHA, you will see in conventional loans. They are not as strict guidelines.

If you do not feel comfortable in your agent, talk to each other. Did you say something that had been targeted with a specific agent for a certain period of time? Please talk to each other and see what they can do. It's your house, you should be 100% ccomfortable, and if for any reason not to jump. One may regret in the future. You can never be too careful.
(There is no guarantee that can maintain) in their price range

In Colorado, a "broker" is the promise of a code above (standard) of ethics.

All agents are Realtors (license for a real estate company (work) or sellers of property should a broker for work). However, there are a few brokers and sellers who are not members of the Association of Realtors, which is the dominant trade group.

I do not know whether the investors' interests in conflict with your interests here ... You need to decide this game.

In Oregon, all broker agents.

The FHA is difficult. The restrictions and controls on a home FHA is a little overwhelming. For example, if your skin peeling or cracked paint on the porch, the porch needs painting, before funding the loan. Even if you're a house, benefiting from the FHA can be found to preserve the house meets its standards to create gray hair.

Although the offer seems tempting, it seems that your agent is double dipping. It is beginning to earn money, then the commission for the sale to you. What happens if you do not like the quality of the repairs - you still obligated to buy the house?

If you decide at what the contract reviewed by an attorney in real estate before you proceed to act. This is a situation that is outside of the traditional filling of sale of real estate facilities.
