Philips Home Theatre System Model Sp Santa Has Brought Me A Tv And Home Theater System But I Can't Get It To Work , Can Someone Help Me?

Santa has brought me a tv and home theater system but I can't get it to work , can someone help me? - philips home theatre system model sp

I have a Philips 42 "TV model (42PFL6704D) and a Philips Home Theater System (HTS3372D) and want to know if I use an HDMI cable to connect them. I tried to do with the old, dubbing, I had to hand, but I can not make it work.
I buy the cable as soon as something opens after Christmas, but I would like now to enjoy for a while. Any help appreciated, Glenn PS Merry Christmas

Certainly you want to use an HDMI cable. You pay a fortune for a Best Buy or most of the shops, but not really necessary to spend more than $ 10 for too. I always buy the Monoprice cables are great:

If you want a cable now, you can always buy an open room with care, and use until the cable is it, then again cheap. I must confess that I did that, but since his return to the cable, mint condition, I do not feel too guilty. If the store had a reasonable price, not $ 80, I kept.

They also want an RCA cable (that works) to carry digital audio from your TV to the surround-sound system, the audio from other video sources from DVD back Takes HTS3372D:

Lucky you! - But you is to answer the question, because today "no" - requires an HDMI cable.
Like you said - you can use a cable when the store opens to buy, but you've just about how you use the system now and not read about a fortune in the cable.
