Question regarding cervical fluid during initial days of pregnancy? - cervical fluid prior to menses

I've heard many women say, cream and heavy cm before the cessation of menstruation indicates pregnancy.
My question is: all women have this problem?
Might it not CM designed and cream?
I had a temporary decline, 7 RPD and then to 11 (today). I hope it stays that way. But I do not have creamy CM. So, I'm a little worried.
