Limoncello question? - can i get pure grain alcohol in california
in states where they legally buy 100% pure grain alcohol for limonchello? I am now in Italy and once he returned to California, I want to do, but not with Everclear or vodka. If possible I would like the next for what they use here

We must try Everclear. In Canada can you get a concentration of 75% ... However, in most recipes for the use of a neutral spirit, is> 50%, which is not as expected. Vodka is an acceptable job, but the alcohol content is higher, the finest oils are extracted.
In California, it is almost impossible for a neutral grain spirit that is stronger than 75% (by Everclear see) ... almost.
